PGF Insulation, a Poly
Glass Fibre (M) Berhad company is the leader of insulation
market for more than 20 years and continually upgrades
its range of solutions in glass wool insulation under
the brand name of POLYGLASS. The company was incorporated
on 30th September 1978 and started its glass wool insulation
production on 1st July 1985 using Pot & Marble Flame
Attenuation Process in Penang, Malaysia. On 7th December
1991, the company acquired new production technology from
Johns Manville, USA and replaced the previous production
line with latest Rotary Process on 1st February 1993.
Over the years, our highly trained and experienced team
with world class engineering knowledge has been ever ready
in helping our clients with their insulation needs. That’s
why POLYGLASS is the South East Asia’s favorite
brand of insulation.
PGF Insulation’s factory is amongst the most advanced
glass wool insulation plant in the world. Located in Penang,
Malaysia, this plant uses high-tech process to ensure
the production of a superior insulation material. This
process allows us to offer a wide range of high quality
products to meet the needs of the residential, commercial,
HVAC and industrial markets. Our export market comprises
countries such as Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan,
Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh,
United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Ireland, Russia
and many more. Being the pioneer in glass wool insulation
technology, we hold a proven track record in insulation.
