VentLiner

VentLiner is a highly resilient blanket type of thermal, acoustical and fire safety glass mineral wool made from more 80% of recycled glass. It is designed to meet specific requirements in the HVAC equipment industry especially for the internal duct lining and other OEM applications. The glass mineral wool insulation also enhances indoor by absorbing noise within sheet metal ducts and contributes to thermal comfort by reducing heat loss or gain through duct walls.

      HVAC Equipment
    • Recommended as thermal insulation for the interior of HVAC systems or other spaces or surfaces where temperature control is required
    • Exceptional sound-absorbing properties. Duct-transmitted noise, such as crosstalk and sound energy from air movement and mechanical equipment is noticeably reduced
    • Fibre Migration. Superior compared to perforated foil and glass tissue facing. ZERO fibre migration

  • THERMAL PERFORMANCE
    Test according to ASTM C518 at 23°C and 20°C mean temperature. Thermal conductivity as low as 0.0332W/mK
  • ACOUSTICAL PERFORMANCE
    Type ‘A’ Mounting, tested in accordance with ASTM C 423
